FauxLens provides AI-based media analysis services on a credit basis. The Service analyzes uploaded images and videos to detect potential signs of AI generation or digital manipulation. Analysis results are probabilistic in nature and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
The results provided by FauxLens are probabilistic estimates generated by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The Service may produce "false positives" (identifying authentic media as AI-generated) or "false negatives" (failing to detect AI-generated media). FauxLens findings should be used as a supportive data point, not as definitive forensic proof or legal evidence.
You agree that FauxLens is not liable for any reputational damage, financial loss, or legal consequences resulting from your use of, or reliance on, these analysis results.

Access to analysis features requires credits, which may be purchased through the Service. Credits are non-transferable and do not expire.
Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as the Merchant of Record. That provider — not FauxLens — is the seller of record for your purchase: it processes the payment, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and is what appears on your card or bank statement. The Merchant of Record for your purchase is identified on the checkout page before you pay, and again on the receipt emailed to you; by completing a purchase you agree to that provider's terms of service in addition to these terms.

All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the FauxLens brand and Service are owned by Faux Lens AI. You retain all rights to any media you upload. By uploading media, you grant FauxLens a limited, transient license solely to process that media for the purpose of delivering the requested analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FauxLens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and the competent courts of Israel shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory protections, then: this choice of law does not deprive you of those protections; you may bring proceedings against us either in the courts of Israel or in the courts of your country of residence; and we will bring proceedings against you only in the courts of your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
